Russell Halper

CO FOUNDER & CEO

Russell brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, and AI. With a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, he has advised startups, PE-backed SaaS firms, and Fortune 500 companies across industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, High Tech, and Logistics.

Russell previously served as Partner at End-to-End Analytics (acquired by Accenture) and later as Accenture’s Head of the West GenAI Practice, where he led pioneering Generative AI initiatives.

His career reflects a consistent focus on helping organizations unlock measurable outcomes through Revenue Management, Supply Chain optimization, Data Science, and AI.

Fernando Certain

Co-Founder & CTO

Fernando is a technology leader with 15 years of experience building and scaling digital products across Latin America and the U.S. He has held senior management roles in BPO and ITO corporations, managed teams of +300 people, and advised organizations including the Colombian Stock Exchange, Credicorp Capital, and IQ Outsourcing.

At a hyper-scale start-up called Tul, he led the development of embedded finance solutions across Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil, enabling innovative digital lending and payments.

With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Fernando combines strategic vision with hands-on product expertise, driving growth and innovation for clients across industries.
